Your life cycle needs gears

Okay. So on a very fine evening, I went cycling. 

BAD IDEA.

Why?

Cause the whole world decided to mark their attendance on the roads. Of course. Looking at how I'll have to keep pedalling and pressing the breaks simultaneously, taking the shortcut seemed like my best option.

BAD IDEA AGAIN.

Well, because that lane had more potholes (and water innit) than concrete. And that's when this genius idea struck (it isn't genius or an idea, just self-reflection). 

Even though continuously moving forward, I was threatened to fall again and again because of my slow speed. And that's when I was reminded-
