How to play!
- Deck Preparation: Prepare a deck of Pokémon cards, ensuring an equal distribution of varied Pokémon.
- Card Draw: At the beginning of each sprint cycle, each team member draws a card randomly.
- The Pokémon they draw becomes their partner for the iteration.
- Sprint Points: Each completed story contributes points to the Pokémon’s strength.
- Tracking Progress: Pokémon strength (points) is updated daily based on completed tasks.
- Scores are shared during daily standups for visibility and motivation.
- Card Return: At the end of the sprint, Pokémon cards are returned and shuffled.
