REAL?

1. Authenticity is being true to yourself: But if the ‘self’ is changing, how is one authentic to the past, present or future self at the same time?
2. Authenticity is being sincere: It is about saying what we mean, and meaning what we say.

Just one, come on. I know you can do it. No phone. No computer. No tablet, nor friends or pets around. Just you and your thoughts. Doing this a minute won’t change your life either but it’ll help you start being aware of what you think, instead of being on autopilot. 

A lot of people look at Jobs and think being headstrong is the way to go, but they haven’t understood the subtleties of his management skills.
