Kako izbjeći informaciono prepterećenje na nastavi

Ako ste već došli na predavanje kod nekog profesora tada biste trebali težiti da sjedite u prvom redu ili onom najbliže njemu gdje ima mjesta.Nikada nemojte težiti da sjedite u zadnjim redovima ili nedajbože u magarećoj klupi.Ako nam je u interesu da budem u prvom redu na nekom koncertu ili sličnom događaju, zašto izbjegavati prvi red na predavanjima?

Magareća klupa

Živimo u digitalnom dobu gdje jako veliki broj mladih ljudi ima visokokvalitetne tablete na kojima je moguće pisati digitalnom olovkom.Bilo da ste višie digitalno ili više tradicionalno opredijeljeni (nakon oprobavanja šta vam više leži) važno je napraviti odličnu strategiju. Svaki od načina ima svoje metode, načine pa i trikove zato je strategija veoma važna.Postoji istraživanje koje kazuje da ljude mnogo bolje pamte ono što su nacrtali rukom u tradicionalnom obliku, nego što su skicirali uz pomoć računara.

Oprobati i izabrati najbolju strategiju

Nekada nam se čini da bi najbolje bilo snimiti predavanje, ali to je kontraproduktivno.Neophodno je konstantno vježbati da se uzimaju samo ključne riječi iz predavanja s kojima će se praviti razne grafičke i tekstualne poveznice.Na takav način mozak trenira da procesuira veliku količinu informacija, ali ipak se fokusira na one najbitnije. Jednom kada se vrati u bilježnice i ugledaju odgovarajuće ključne riječi to će biti mnogo korisnije mozgu nego da smo zapisali doslovno cijelo predavanje od riječi do riječi.

Neka bilješke budu kratke

Skoro svi ljudi tokom kasnijeg školovanja pokvare svoj rukopis u želji da zapišu što je moguće više informacija praveći bilješke na predavanjima.Nažalost, dešifrovanje određenih riječi zna biti mukotrpan posao.Zbog toga je bolje zapisati manje, ali urednije. Ono što nedostaje može se potražiti kod kolegica i kolega.Ako se nema mogućnost potražiti bilješke (ključne riječi) kod drugih, potrebno je hitno prepisati bilješke da budu veoma uredne, čiste i pregledne.

Urednost

Ne postoji univerzalno pravilo kako organizovati bilješke. Stoga, neophodno je probati razne načine dok se ne pronađe onaj koji najviše odgovara.Ali, i "propao" pokušaj organizovanja neuporedivo je bolji od neorganizovanih bilješki.

Organizovati bilješke

Istovremeni rad (eng. multitasking) je mit! Niko nije u stanju kvalitetno raditi više različitih, nepovezanih poslova istovremeno.Na predavanjima je neophodno odstraniti sva ometanja koja smo u stanju odstraniti, poput isključivanja interneta i obavijesti na telefonima, tabletima, računarima, pametnim satovima i drugim elektronskim uređajima.Ako se slušaju on-line predavanja važno je imati svoj mir i tišinu u sobi u kojoj ne ometaju ostali članovi porodice, pa ni kućni ljubimci. Fokusirati se na predavanje i vođenje bilješki ogroman je intelektualni napor koji će se isplatiti.

Istovremeni rad na više stvari je mit

Kao što je važno organizovati bilješke, što spomenusmo ranije, također je važni i uspostaviti sisteme.Pripremiti sve neophodno za predavanja. Upisati datume, naziv predavanja, napraviti kolone, tabele, skice i sve ono što bi moglo biti od pomoći znači biti sistematizovan.Naravno, ne može se sistem uspostaviti nakon dva predavanja na kome se budu uzimale bilješke, ali postepenim, upornim radom mnogo toga se može postići.

Uspostaviti sistem

Postoji mnogo načina na koje je moguće podijeliti ljude. Jedan od načina podjele je kako pišu. Da li zbijaju slova, riječi i redove, ili pak imaju velika slova i velike razmake.Kod uzimanja bilješki dobro je imati što je moguće više smislenog prostora kako bi svaka od zabilješki "mogla da diše" na listu papira i kako bi bila uvijek uočljiva brzim pregledom zabilješki.

Dajte bilješkama oduška

Upisati u vrhu, dnu ili sa strane papira značenje određene skraćenice i u ostatku teksta koristiti skraćenicu štedi vrijeme, prostor, ali i daje važnost svakoj od upisanih i uctanih bilješki.Naravno, moguće je izumiti i vlastite skraćenice. One će štedjeti vrijeme kod zapisivanja bilješki, a mozak će imati više vremena da procesuira mnoštvo informacija.

Skraćenice su svuda s dobrim razlogom

Za pisanje kvalitetnih bilješki ne postoji univerzalan obrazac. No, odgovarajuće prakse može pokušati primijeniti svaki čovjek. U nastavku se daju neke od trikova.
