Make a routine before sleep with no phone included🌌 that includes stuff I include in next post 😉Read for 15 to 30 minute my breath comes to normal pace due to that 📖Have a hot shower 🛁Sleep with straight hands straight body and eyes relaxed😴 Don't do any thing that makes you feel like you wanna jump out of bed💻Journal what you want to dream and how you want your night to go your sleep to go write and affirm and feel you want to have a good night sleep a relaxed sleep a tight sleep📓Speak affirmations for example I am able to fall asleep easily and peacefully🌕 see sleep aesthetics 🛌🏻
