3. Stay Away from Sugary Drinks (Even If They’re Everywhere)

Even tho I knew I was going to be really far from the city for months. Landing on the city for only a couple days before going rural didn't change my mind about my dental care.

Thailand’s street markets are full of sweet treats and sugary iced teas (and they are heaven on Earth, not gonna lie)

The temptation? Real. But my rule: For every sugar drink, drink twice as much water.
