<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Rock the boat, also known as dishing is a good challenge for both your upper and lower abs. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Start in a high boat pose with knees parallel to the floor or just seated with your back slightly rounded. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Then begin to lift your legs and lean back even more. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">For an added challenge, start to rock forwards and backwards keeping all of your body engaged. </li></ul>

1. Rock the Boat

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Begin seated with your knees bent, and as slowly as you can, roll down through the spine. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">When you are ready, roll back up nice and slowly. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">At the top, twist your torso to the right and roll down again and then come back up. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Repeat on the left. </li></ul>

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Begin seated on your sit bones and lift up your legs. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Start by tucking your knees into your chest, then extend your legs and lie down taking your arms overhead. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">As you sit up, straddle your legs and bring your arms through the centre. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Repeat! </li></ul>

4. Tuck, Straddle, Pike

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Begin seated with your legs straddled, or you can have 1 leg bent to make it easier. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Lift one leg in towards your chest and release back down. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Even if you can't get the lift, you can still engage the muscles and the lift will come with time. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">To take it 1 step further, you can place a block by your leg and lift your leg over the block and back again. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Try to keep your spine straight and core engaged. </li></ul>

Today I will be sharing with you all, at surface level what seems to be a very minute and easily dismissible idea, but one, that when truly understood has potential beyond imaginations. It is something that truly guided me towards the right path, and helped me find the missing piece in me that I thought would be never be found.

An idea that changed my life, for real!

I am someone who has sunk their teeth in self-help, motivational videos and books and other stuff to find inner peace. To grow as a human being and to find true happiness. But, if you've any idea about the reality, it's really really difficult to read a book or watch a video and find something that would actually be life changing. For me, I found that idea form of a Youtuber. HealthyGamerGG!

Origin of the Idea

The idea is very simple. But, you have to be open-minded to understand the idea, and shed some ego to actually implement it. Because, the idea would sound so simple that you would actually think of just brushing it off as another fad and move on. However, I would seriously recommend trying it out before shredding it. So, here it goes. Anytime, anywhere, whenever you have a negative emotion come to you in a situation. When you get angry, sad or defensive. Just ask a simple question to yourself. "Buddy, what happened, why did you feel this way?"

The idea: A simple Questions, "WHY"

Once you ask yourself this simple "why did you feel this way" question. You would be awestruck by the answer that might come from you. You didn't feel anger because someone said something bad about you, you felt angered because You have an insecurity about the thing that made you angry. And you're letting it out on the person who just pointed it out.

The Dialogue

Once, you understand that you felt that way because you think there is something wrong with you. That is the moment when you truly have to understand your brain. Dig deep and ask yourself, that whatever insecurity you have, is it really true?

Finding the Truth

When you ask the question, is it really true, what you will realize is that your brain has been lying to you. Your brain after some traumatic experience has protected itself inside a coating where it weaves stories and facts that aren't real. To understand that you exist outside of your brain. To realize that your brain does lie to you, and might be delusional, is where the real magic happens.

Viola!

You can't always trust your brain, but you can always figure it out how it works. This has been something truly revolutionary for me. I hope it helps you all.
